A little reminder for today: YOU GOT THIS.

Whatever you’re working through, you don’t have to have everything figured out at once. Take it one step, one day and one moment at a time.

Trust yourself, give yourself some grace and remember how far you’ve already come.

Keep going, you’re doing better than you think.

Everyone has a different way of resetting.

There isn't one “right” way to look after your wellbeing.

What's your go-to reset?

MYTH.

You can't always tell what someone is experiencing just by looking at them.

Someone can seem happy, social or like they're “doing fine” while still finding things difficult.

That's why checking in, listening and making space for honest conversations matters.

You never know what someone might be carrying quietly.

Take a moment to check in with yourself.

Journaling can be a simple way to slow down, put your thoughts into words and understand how you’re feeling.

There’s no right or wrong way to journal! Just grab a notebook, open your notes app, and start wherever feels easiest.

Save these prompts for a quiet moment and see what comes up.

Feeling like your brain has 47 tabs open?

Try a brain dump.

Grab your notes app, a piece of paper or whatever works for you and write down everything that's floating around in your head.

To-do lists. Random thoughts. Things you're worried about. Things you need to remember. Absolutely anything.

You don't have to organise it straight away.

Just get it out of your head.

Today is World Mental Health Day.

This year’s global theme is “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.” It recognises the knowledge and expertise that comes from lived experience and the importance of genuinely listening to people when shaping mental health support and services.

Mental health looks different for everyone. So do people’s experiences, challenges, strengths and journeys.

Today is a reminder to listen without judgement, make space for honest conversations and help create communities where people feel safe, heard and supported.

💚 Together, we can create more connection, understanding and belonging.

Main quest: make it through the week.

Side quest: do something just because you can.

Try something new. Make something. Go somewhere you've never been. Learn something random. Message a friend.

Your life doesn't have to be all tasks and responsibilities.

What's your side quest?

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

It’s an opportunity to raise awareness, encourage conversations about breast health and remind people to pay attention to changes in their bodies.

If you notice something that feels different or unusual for you, speak with a health professional and get it checked.

Awareness can help people recognise changes and seek appropriate care.

💗 Share the reminder. Start the conversation.

October is ADHD Awareness Month.

ADHD can look different from person to person. It can affect attention, organisation, motivation, impulsivity and everyday routines in different ways.

Awareness is about more than knowing the name. It’s about understanding that people experience ADHD differently and avoiding assumptions about what someone “should” be able to do.

More understanding. Less judgement.

Hello October!

October is Mental Health Month — a time to talk openly about mental health, look out for one another and remember that connection matters.

This year’s theme is Together We Thrive, highlighting the importance of connection, belonging and community in supporting our mental health and wellbeing.

Sometimes connection looks like a deep conversation. Sometimes it’s a laugh with a friend, a check-in text, sitting with someone, joining a group or simply knowing there are people around you who care.

🧡 You don’t have to do everything alone.

Let’s make October about connection, kindness and looking out for each other.
