Before Hallie, I thought strength looked loud.
I thought it meant never crying, always having the answers and somehow holding everything together.
Then she came along and taught me that real strength looks very different.
Hallie has taught me…
❤️ That bravery isn’t the absence of fear — it’s doing the scary thing anyway.
❤️ To celebrate the little wins, because sometimes they’re actually the biggest ones.
❤️ That joy can exist alongside worry.
❤️ That resilience can come wrapped up in tiny hands and big belly laughs.
❤️ To slow down and appreciate the ordinary moments we once took for granted.
❤️ That even on the hardest days, there is still so much to be grateful for.
Being Hallie’s mum isn’t the journey I expected, but it has shaped me into someone stronger, softer and more compassionate than I ever thought possible.
What has your child taught you? I’d love to hear. 🫶❤️
