Lilydale Community Men's Shed

Lilydale Community Men's Shed Lilydale Community Shed will be a place for all community members to join and enjoy.

There are no predetermined plans for the activities that will take place in the shed as yet, but community interest will help to influence the formation of groups and activities. There is no pressure to do anything, but many sheds are involved in woodwork, metalwork, welding, car maintenance, computer skills, art classes, gardening and so on, while some have members that just like to go and have a

cuppa and chat with other members. Lilydale Community Shed Committee is made up of community members and community members who are also members of Lions Club of Lilydale. Members of the committee are currently getting quotes for sheds around the 18 x 8 x 3 metre size. Planning is also underway to decide how the shed will be located and what the starting layout will be. Some of the committee members have been out visiting sheds in surrounding communities and finding out what works and what doesn’t.
