Every week, Jess looks forward to Music Makes Me Happy at our Panorama Community Hub, where she and her friends spend the morning singing, playing instruments and grooving along to their favourite tunes.

Riverside Hub participants hit the golf course last week for their monthly session with Empower Golf Australia ⛳

Guided by an instructor, the group spent the morning working on their technique, trying new skills and enjoying some time outdoors together.

Golf is just one of the many activities available across our Northern Hubs, alongside community outings, craft, music, recreation programs and plenty of opportunities to catch up with friends and try something new. ✨

NAIDOC Week is a time to celebrate the histories, cultures and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Filled with learning, ideas and discussion, the roadshows are a great chance to reflect on what's working well, tackle challenges and look ahead to what's next.

Sometimes exercise is about more than just feeling good – it’s about having a bit of fun along the way 🧜🏻‍♀️

Aimee brought some extra flair to her aquatic session, taking to the pool with a mermaid tail and making a splash while staying active. There were plenty of games and laughs on the day and those tail kicks were seriously impressive!

In case you needed a reason to smile today 💛

Nellie has been out on adventures this month, proving that winter doesn’t mean staying indoors every day. Rugged up in her red beanie (perfectly matching her stylish haircut!) and later swapping to a bucket hat when the sun came out, Nellie made the most of it all 🌞

A great reminder that sometimes the best way to brighten a Tassie winter is with a smile, a laugh and a good friend by your side.

Our annual Disco brought together Multicappers from across the North West for a fabulous night of dancing, connecting groups from our hubs and one-on-one supports all in the one room.

The theme this year was to dress as something starting with the first letter of your name. From movie characters to crayons, and even a newspaper, the crew absolutely delivered!

The dance floor was never empty, with the Aussie classic Nutbush a favourite as always. The generosity of our sponsors ensured that many of our attendees took home a prize in the raffle.
