A quick update on our forthcoming Mens’ Wellness Workshop. Choir in the Club raised funds to help make this workshop happen.

I am happy to advise that this workshop will be held in Port Sorell on Sunday 6 April 2025.

Better late than never! Here are a few photos from a very successful and fun filled Choir in the Club night last month. A big thankyou to our wonderful band, who donated their time to ensure the success of the night and to Port Sorell Life Saving Club for hosting the event. With a full house, $1,000 was raised for men’s mental health. This money will be used to help facilitate a day workshop of mental health for men in the first half of 2024, run by Breathwork Facilitator Gilad Shavit and Clinical Psychologist John Murphy.

ARE YOU COMING TO JOIN US!!
Here is an opportunity to ‘get your shout on!’, singing this Friday with a live band at the Port Sorell Surf Lifesaving Club. There is no pressure to get anything perfect, just sing and enjoy yourselves. So put this together with food and wine and THROW yourself into the FUN!
