Updated flyer for term 3 & 4 2025 for programs and activities of the Multicultural Neighbourhood Centre.

Please note:
- As of term 3, 22nd July the Tuesday free English will include childminding for children under the school age.
- No Monday class “as it will amalgamate with Tuesday class”

On June 5, 2025, we had another Successful community lunch to celebrate the cultural diversity as part of the Shared Table Program in partnership with The Canopy – Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre.
The June Lunch was Kurdish dishes cooked by Kurdish women, it was very nice, and all the guests enjoyed the free lunch.
The shared table program is supported by the City of Newcastle grant. Among the distinguished guests in attendance were the Deputy Lord Mayor Callum Pull, Councillor Liz Adamczyk, and Councillor Mark Brooker. Their participation was warmly received and highlighted the strong relationship between the council and the community.
This event runs monthly for eight months of the year, the first community lunch was in December 2024, and the last one will take place on 7th August 2025.
