Our residents and staff came together across our facilities to celebrate the Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos.

The celebrations were filled with joy and a wonderful sense of community, with traditional Greek dancing, music and delicious Greek food enjoyed by our residents, families and staff.

Our residents at St Basil's Randwick celebrated Christmas in July with a fun-filled festive event featuring a fantastic live performance by Elvis. The celebration brought everyone together for an afternoon of music, dancing and great company, creating great memories.

Mrs Diana Horvatovic, CEO of St Basil’s NSW/ACT, together with her husband, Mr Rob Horvatovic and Very Rev. Fr John Kapetas, had the pleasure of attending the celebratory luncheon held following the blessing of St John the Baptist Parish in Cairns.

The blessing was officiated by His Eminence Archbishop Makarios with Their Graces Bishop Bartholomew, Bishop Athinagoras, Bishop Christoforos and Bishop Iakovos marking a significant occasion for the parish community.
