Another wonderful weekend at "The Grove by the Elysium Independent Living Units" in Randwick!

We were delighted to host yet another successful Community Markets event, bringing together residents, families, local businesses, and the wider community for a vibrant day filled with connection, laughter, and support for local stallholders.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the day such a great success. Events like these continue to strengthen our sense of community and showcase the warm and welcoming spirit of The Grove by the Elysium.

We were deeply honoured to welcome Air Vice Marshal Konstantinos Bouzos, Chief of Staff of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, to St Basil’s Randwick. Air Vice Marshal Bouzos was accompanied by Colonel Kyriakos Kyriakakos, Defence Attaché of the Embassy of Greece in Australia; Flight Lieutenant Eleni Theodorou, Head of the External Affairs Department of the Public Relations Directorate and Lambrini Kokkori, Officer for Middle East Affairs at the Directorate of International Relations.

Their visit served as a significant highlight of the delegation’s time in Australia for the commemorative events marking the 85th anniversary of the Battle of Crete. The delegation was warmly received by Mr James Jordan, Chairman of St Basil’s NSW/ACT, Mrs Diana Horvatovic, CEO of St Basil’s NSW/ACT and members of the management team.
