This week 29 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 4 were first timers and 4 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 9 different clubs took part.

Today the weather was wonderful and a good mix of Vistors and Regulars with some old regulars we don't see much anymore, thanks for the visit.
My apologies for the delay, it's been a hectic day and run report fell off todo list, my bad!

Some data processing issues kept the inbox busy but believe we have it fixed and accurate now. Thank You to those who kindly let me know there was an anomaly, my apologies for it taking so long to address.

A bit Thank you from Cynthia to those who assisted after her traction issue and ensuring she was ok.

What an amazing parkrunday was had. Large contingent of Forest Lake parkrun event team, including their ED, no pressure at all.
Em did an amazing job for 1st RD stint, Mark was too busy being a chatty cathy to help much, apparently I was missed while away for few weeks.
Big Thank You to Rachel the last couple weeks for giving me (Mark) a break away to run a few tourist parkruns, so many PBs today, Daddy and Daughter both PB SMASHED. Some great times seen by those who smashed Moggil Marathon distances last weekend.

This week 45 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 21 were first timers and 7 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 7 different clubs took part.

Congrats to Zoe. I've just checked today's results. Fantastic performance from Zoe, our first finisher today. She not only crossed the line first but also SMASHED the female course record which has stood since 2019 by well over a minute! As said in the briefing, today's conditions were not conducive to PBs, let alone bashing down the course record! - thanks Tom a fantastic vollie for heads up 😊
