What is Care for a Cuppa? ☕️
Care for a Cuppa is a volunteer-led program bringing older adults who live alone together for warm, home-based afternoon teas.
Just friendly conversation, connection, and a welcoming space — once a month, hosted within our local community.

Loneliness is something many older adults face quietly.
But a simple cup of tea, a genuine conversation, and a warm sense of community can change everything.

It’s official! 💛
Care for a Cuppa is now a registered incorporated association in NSW.

This little idea, bringing people together over a cuppa to reduce loneliness, is finally becoming real.
Thank you for being here from the very beginning as we start building something meaningful for older adults in our community.

Tackling loneliness one cuppa at a time. ☕️

Want to help?
We’ll soon be looking for volunteers and supporters.
You don’t need any experience, just a warm heart and a willingness to open your home or lend a hand.
