WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEK AT LAIDLEY COMMUNITY CENTRE❓

There’s plenty happening at the Centre this week! 💚 Come along, connect with others, learn something new and enjoy some time together in our community.

🌱 MONDAY | BABY PLAY & LEARN

This week we’re exploring fine motor skills through play! 👐✨

As little ones transition from passive observers to active explorers, their core strength is growing and their little hands are becoming more purposeful.

You don’t need expensive toys to support this development! We’ll explore three simple games using everyday items that you can easily recreate at home. 🧸🏠

We’ll also enjoy a delicious fruit platter kindly supplied by Thriving Lockyer Kids. 🍓🍉🍌

A lovely morning of play, learning and connection for our littlest community members and their grown-ups. 💚

This week at Laidley Little Legs, we’ll be getting creative with some special Father’s Day crafts. 🎨👨‍👧‍👦

Whether it’s Dad, Pop, Grandad, a stepdad or another special father figure, come along and create something meaningful to celebrate the important people in our little ones’ lives.

If you care for a family member or friend who is aged and frail, living with disability, chronic illness or mental illness, pop in for a cuppa, a chat and a chance to find out what support is available to you as a carer.

Please note that Laidley Community Centre will be closed on Monday, 10 August for the Ekka Show Holiday.
