Righto, a bit of a strange one out at Laanecoorie Reservoir on Friday arvo! 😳
Coppers from Maryborough, alongside crews from Dunolly and Loddon, were called out after reports a car had somehow ended up fully dunked in the res – not exactly your standard parking job! 🚙
Police Search and Rescue – the folk who specialise in this sort of stuff – rolled in to handle it, getting eyes on the vehicle in the water and helping haul it back out. 👮
Big shoutout too to one of the police divers, who clocked up her second dive while on secondment with the squad. Not exactly a casual swim either – murky water, unknown conditions, the lot! 👏
Now the obvious question… how the hell did a car end up in the drink out there? 🤔
