Wiggle into creativity with our colourful caterpillar craft! 🐛✨

Our pipe cleaner caterpillar creations were a huge hit! Using colourful pipe cleaners and plenty of creativity, everyone had a wonderful time twisting, shaping, and bringing their little caterpillars to life 🌱

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a morning of crafting and imagination — we loved seeing all your unique creations and can’t wait to see you at our next session!

What a joyful and meaningful afternoon spent together! 💛

Our adult group enjoyed a variety of activities including stretching, exercise games, food making, and a special birthday celebration 🎂🎉

It’s always wonderful to see everyone connecting, laughing, and supporting one another while nurturing both mental and physical wellbeing.

Let’s continue to stay active, stay connected, and stay healthy—together!
