A.S.S.C.O. this year is celebrating 25 years of safe and supervised access to operating railways.

We have achieved 500,000km of aggregate section car operation in this time, over lines in both South Australia and Queensland. With groups of up to 25 cars!

We obviously could not of got here without the technical and financial support of all our members both past and present. So we thank them for the tireless work they have put in to make the organisation what it is today.

ASSCO completed our last run for 2025. Over 3 days we completed three runs from Warwick. Clifton (North), Ballandean (South), and Gore (West).

Thank you to the members that participated in our operations this year. 2025 is looking to be another banger. We kick off with a one day Brookstead operation in January. If you would like to be involved, membership is available. You don't need a section car to participate. More information is in our membership pack on our website assco.com.au

We are less than two months from our Winton 2025 operation, our biggest event. An epic 6 day adventure starting in Emerald, Queensland.
