We had a fabulous afternoon celebrating Elvis, aka the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll! We dressed up as the King, played some of his hits and tested our memories with some Elvis-themed trivia. There was lots of music and laughter - a fantastic afternoon enjoyed by everyone! 🎵

Every month we try a new dish to see if it meets our judges' lofty standards. This month we were lucky to have a traditional dessert dish from Samoa called "Pai Fala" or Pineapple Pie. It was delicious and will definitely make it onto our recipe website... 👀
