πŸ’™ Foster and Kinship Carer Week Wrap-Up πŸ’™

As Foster and Kinship Carer Week (6–13 June) comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognise and thank the incredible foster and kinship carers who make a difference in the lives of children and young people every day.

Across our network, there are currently 172 young people in care affiliated with Partners, supported by 95 foster and kinship carers. Behind these numbers are dedicated individuals and families who provide safe homes, stability, guidance, and a sense of belonging when it is needed most.

Throughout the week, we celebrated the vital role carers play in helping children and young people build confidence, create positive memories, and work towards brighter futures. While the week may be over, our appreciation for their commitment, compassion, and resilience continues all year round.

To every foster and kinship carer, thank you for opening your hearts and homes. Your support changes lives and strengthens our communities.
