The Crusaders have stormed back into form with a powerful all-round performance at home, handing the previously undefeated Warriors a rare loss in the one-day competition.

A composed and confident knock, striking 7 fours and 2 sixes. Anchored the innings beautifully.

Clean striking with eight boundaries, kept the scoreboard ticking over.

Explosive in the middle overs, belting 5 fours and 1 six.

Murgon Stage 3 posted 7/91, fighting hard to build a defendable total.
But Nanango Scorpions Stage 3 were too strong, finishing 5/138 in a confident run chase.

Nanango continued their club-wide momentum with another solid all-round performance β€” composed batting, steady partnerships, and controlled bowling early in the day set the platform.

A huge weekend of cricket across the South Burnett, with Nanango continuing their red-hot form, Services piling on runs, and the Warriors grinding out a tough win.
Here's how the senior action played out:

It is getting tight at the top of the ladder leading into the Christmas/New Year break with 3 teams on equal points and the remaining 3 teams closely following just outside. This is shaping to be one of the closest seasons in SBCA senior cricket, Every team must put their best foot forward to gain an advantage.

Nanango are well and truly the form side of the competition, and they showed it again with another commanding, composed, and confident performance.

After restricting the Saints to 133, Nanango never looked troubled in the chase. Their bowlers set the tone early β€” disciplined, accurate, and constantly asking questions β€” and their batting was mature and clinical.
