We always love welcoming our friends from Killarney State School to K-Life! 💚

Their recent visit brought plenty of smiles, laughter and wonderful conversations. These special visits mean so much to our residents, and we love seeing the friendships and connections continue to grow between the generations.

🏡 K-Life Staff Housing Project Update! 🏡

Our Staff Housing Project is moving along very well, and there’s lots happening on site! 👷‍♀️🌿

You can really start to see the changes from the outside, with the landscaping taking shape, kerb and channel works underway, and soon we’ll see the new driveway going in.

It’s exciting to watch this project come to life and see the site transformed week by week. We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as the work continues! 💚

Sometimes, knowing where to turn for help can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re already facing a difficult situation.

Recently, our Help Starts Here team supported a community member in need by listening to their concerns, helping them understand the services available and connecting them with the right support.

Help Starts Here provides a friendly local point of contact for people who may be unsure where to begin. Whether you need assistance navigating aged care, health or community services—or simply need someone to help you work out the next step—we are here to listen.

You don’t have to navigate it alone. Help starts with a conversation, and Help Starts Here at K-Life.

Are you supporting a family member, friend or loved one living with dementia?

K-Life’s Dementia Support Meeting is held on the second Tuesday of every month. These friendly and informal meetings provide a safe space to to connect with others, share experiences and access helpful information and support.

A heartfelt thank you to Border Botanicals for helping K-Life celebrate Aged Care Employee Day with such a thoughtful gift. Our staff were thrilled to receive their beautiful plants!

We would also like to thank our talented residents, who added an extra-special touch by painting the pots. Each gift was made with care and was truly appreciated by our wonderful staff. 💜

🌱 Our New Garden Beds Have Arrived! 🌸

We’re excited to share that our new garden beds have arrived at K-Life—and our keen gardeners wasted no time getting their hands into the soil and starting to plant!

We look forward to watching the gardens grow and seeing all the beautiful flowers they produce. There is something very special about gardening together and enjoying the colour, joy and sense of achievement it brings. 🌼🌷
