Some of our most loyal Man Walk regulars have four legs and a tail 🐾.

The dogs are just happy to be out, sniffing the world and trotting along with the crew, no matter what kind of week you’ve had.

They help break the ice, start conversations and give everyone a reason to smile, even on the tougher days. It’s hard to stay in your own head when a dog is nudging your hand for a pat.

If you’ve got a friendly dog who enjoys a stroll, they’re welcome to join you on a Man Walk too. Just bring a lead and a bag!

Some of the most important Man Walks aren’t the ones where everything feels easy - they’re the ones you turn up to on the tough weeks.

The mornings after a rough sleep. The days when work’s been heavy, the house is loud, or your head just feels full. Those are the walks that really count.

You don’t have to be “on”. You can show up tired, quiet, or not sure what to say. Putting your shoes on and getting to the start point is enough. That effort is noticed.
