Kenmore Park Kindergarten for 3-5 year olds Kenmore Park Preschool and Kindergarten is a not-for-profit, community kindergarten in Kenmore, in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

Kenmore Park Preschool and Kindergarten (KPPK) is a not-for-profit, community kindergarten and centre of high-quality educational programs for children aged 3-5 years. Since its establishment in 1968,

Kenmore Park has serviced the immediate and surrounding areas and has been an important part of the Kenmore community. At KPPK, we believe that Early Childhood is a period of momentous significance; to be valued and enjoyed in its own right. We believe we share in the responsibility for helping children develop into young learners who will be caring about people and the environment; be socially responsible; inventive and who will be best equipped to cope with change. By the time this period is over, your children will have formed conceptions of themselves as social beings, as thinkers and as language users and they will have reached certain important decisions about their own abilities and their own worth. The staff at Kenmore Park Preschool & Kindergarten are committed to sharing this journey with your child. As of July 2023, Kenmore Park has become a Child Care Subsidy provider for our non-government funded programs. Families will be able to receive CCS if their children are enrolled in Pre-Kindy or non-funded Kindergarten, before care, after care or vacation care. We are pleased to offer this to improve affordability for families who want to send their child to Kenmore Park.

We’re excited to be heading walkabout with GATHAA First Nations Markets and bringing this special Bushfood Lovers Market to the beautiful grounds of Mooloolah River Landcare Native Nursery on Gubbi Gubbi Country 🌿 — a place deeply committed to caring for Country and inspiring others to do the same.

This is a day for everyone who loves native plants, bush flavours and learning sustainable ways to connect with Country. It’s about gathering together, sharing knowledge and celebrating the world’s oldest living culture through food, plants and cultural practice.

We’re looking forward to being alongside a curated lineup of First Nations stallholders offering bushfood products, homewares, fashion, original artwork, artefacts, skincare and more — all ethically made, culturally grounded and created with care for Country.

🌿 Cooking with Bushfoods with Aunty Dale Chapman (My Dilly Bag) — sharing her deep knowledge, recipes and love for native ingredients

🌱 Bushfood Nursery Walk & Talk with Josie Cox (The Bush Nursery) — exploring native plants, how to grow them and how to cook with them

🖤 Get Your Didge On — a didgeridoo workshop and yarning space for men and boys to connect with self, Country and other fullas through the vibration of Country

🌱 Jarjums Creative Nature Play with Amelia — a hands-on, playful space for jarjums to explore nature, culture and creativity through guided activities on Country

We’re sharing the love for our beautiful Pre-Kindy program for 3-year-olds and inviting families to enquire for next year.

This is a truly unique, play-based program designed especially for curious little humans who are ready to explore, connect, and grow in a gentle and supportive environment.

Our Pre-Kindy children enjoy:

On Tuesday 16th September and Thursday 18th September 2025, our Kindy kids will be tackling the Mini Mudder — a fun obstacle course that encourages them to be adventurous, strong, and brave! 🧗‍♀️✨

It might be mini in size, but it’s HUGE fun!

We're excited to announce that our annual Mini Mudder is happening next week at Kenmore Park!

The children will be taking on a range of fun (and very messy!) obstacles to help raise money for our Kindy. It's always such a highlight of the year, bringing joy, laughter, and a great sense of community spirit.
