A few weeks ago we were lucky enough to be given a guided tour of the amazing facilities at the Team Spirit in South Kempsey. It is so amazing to see a local company which has truly gone international with its success. Congratulations to all of the staff for their amazing work.

We were very proud to support the Leaders Day held recently at Frederickton Public School. Over 160 students from the Macleay Valley’s public schools enjoyed a day of inspiration and information. Congratulations Frederickton Public School on running a very successful event.

The amazing Emma Miller and her mum Kris. Emma has been selected to take part in the International Air Cadets Exchange Program which will see her spend three weeks in the UK experiencing what the RAF has to offer. All the best Emma and we can’t wait to see you when you get back.

Last weekend we celebrated the amazing service of two of our amazing members. Kevin Farrawell and Brian Irvine have over 100 years service between them in the Rotary Club of Kempsey West. We are so lucky to have such amazing members.

A very special Australia Day for our club today. Our member and former Kempsey Mayor Liz Campbell OAM was selected to be the Macleay Valley Australia Day Ambassidor giving an inspiring speech at the ceremony. We were also very excited to see member Brian Irvine and his wife Kay Irvine awarded the Lifetime Acheivement Award in recognition of the awazing work they have done in the Macleay Valley.

This week we had a visit from the Fisher family. Our club was proud to sponsor Ethan and Dane Fisher to head to the UK to take part in the West Ham United Development Tour.
