Foodbank Australia will arrive this Thursday @ 8.30am to Verge Street Basketball Courts with a truckload of fresh, free produce! So bring your reusable bags, ready to be filled with nutritious staples at no cost! 🌽🥕

Meet Shawn 👋

Shawn has been one of our awesome support workers for 5 years, is known for always seeing the positive in any situation and for having a great sense of humour 🤩

We’re excited to share that is now an accredited GPlus studio!! 🥳

This program is designed to confidently deliver inclusive dance and movement classes for children, teens, and adults living with a disability. It’s all about breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for people of all abilities to participate, move, and thrive in a supportive environment.

Their goal is simple - to provide accessible and inclusive programs for participants who may not be able to engage in mainstream classes.

They are now offering cheer and acro classes that can be tailored to individual needs. Sessions are flexible and can be run as group classes or one-on-one, with times available during both the day and evening.

Participants may also be able to use their NDIS funding to access these programs.
