Friends of Lloyd Hughes Bushland

Friends of Lloyd Hughes Bushland Lloyd Hughes Park is a 17.7 hectare, A class reserve. The Park is bordered by the roads, Martin Rd, Marmion Rd and Canning Mills Rd, Kelmscott, WA.

The Friends of Lloyd Hughes Park together with the city of Armadale manage the Park. Recent activities by the council and the Friends of the Park include
-Revegetation
-General cleanup of dumped rubbish
-W**d removal and spraying
-Placement of logs and gates to help stop off-road vehicle access. The park has significant conservation value as it is an example of native bush vegetation changes from

the coastal plain to the Darling Scarp. The bushland has a diverse ecosystem providing habitat for native animals, birds and wildflowers and giving valuable recreation space for residents.
