We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land in which we work and live - the Darug and Gundungura people. Thrive is here to help make the most of life and overcome its challenges. All our programs and free and voluntary. Through parenting and family programs along with pr

actical assistance we aim to support people, communities and families to thrive:

• providing a welcoming and accepting environment
• offering reliable support and constructive empathy
• building a strong sense of community

𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Books are a beautiful way we can all be part of that journey. There are so many wonderful authors and illustrators whose stories spark meaningful conversations about culture, respect, belonging and community.

Reading together helps children and families explore different perspectives, celebrate First Nations cultures and build stronger connections with one another — because when we're all in, we grow together.

Black Box Parenting is a FREE 4-week online program exploring how our own childhood experiences shape the way we parent — and how we interpret our children's behaviour. It's not about right or wrong. It's about reflection, connection, and giving yourself (and your kids) a little more grace.

Facilitated by registered Art Therapists, this program offers a safe, creative space to explore neurodivergence, identity and connection. Small groups (6–8 participants) ensure a calm, supportive environment.
