Mental Health First Aid Training Completed

Over two engaging and insightful training sessions, we were proud to have 11 staff members, 2 members, and 3 external participants complete the Mental Health First Aid Training.

Participants gained valuable skills and knowledge to:
- Recognise signs of mental health challenges
- Provide initial support and supportive conversations
- Respond to crisis situations
- Understand culturally appropriate approaches to care

We proudly recognise RRKAC members Dannika Armstrong and Annalee Lockyer for delivering the training as qualified Mental Health First Aid trainers, sharing their knowledge and skills to help strengthen mental health support across our workplace and community.
