Great weekend for Wallarah Community Band!

Both our Community Band and Project Band competed at the NSW Band Championships in Penrith. The Junior Band, only in their second competition together, came 4th overall and 3rd in Own Choice, a fantastic result.

Congratulations to all our musicians for their hard work and dedication. So proud of you all!

Wow. What a day and what a community!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by our Bunnings sausage sizzle and supported Wallarah Community Band by grabbing a sausage sandwich or a drink. Because of your generosity, we raised over $2,000 towards the band’s journey to Nationals in April.

We are so grateful for the support, the chats and the encouragement. Community backing like this genuinely makes a difference and helps our musicians chase some pretty big goals.

Watch this space to see how we go at Nationals 👀🎶

Thank you again for backing community music.

We’re firing up the BBQ at Bunnings this Sunday 🌭🔥
Every sausage sizzle helps our community band get to Nationals in April, where we’ll be heading to Brisbane to represent our region on the big stage 🎶

Swing by, grab a snag, say hi, and help support local musicians chasing a national dream. We’d love to see you there 💜
