Big Congrats to our two newest licensed drivers for August!

Amelia and Tyshaun have been part of Kalgoorlie PCYC's Drive to the Future program, and both obtained their P plates this month.

Our Drive to the Future program is available for young people 16-25 years who may need assistance with any aspects and stages of learning to drive, from the initial learner's test to supervised hours and more. The program also offers assistance to young people who may need help achieving other life goals, which can include employment skills and resume writing.

Such an amazing night last night at the BHP Multicultural Dance Competition!

A huge pat on the back and congratulations to a team of our safeSPACE participants who entered a group item, taking out 3rd place!

This week we were gratefully given the opportunity for our participants to partake in a dance workshop with the Stubbs family, who passed their knowledge of traditional Aboriginal dance to our young people.

The kids were beaming with pride (as we all were!), to put on a display of dance and culture. Well done everyone, we are so proud of your enthusiasm and effort to take part in such a wonderful night and to share culture with our community.

Huge thank you to the Goldfields Community Legal Centre, Goldfields Multicultural Community Organisation, Ali Kent MLA and BHP for your contributions to holding this wonderful event!
