People - Memorials - Places

This work will be following VWMA guidelines and is an on going project that requires hours of volunteer work to complete. It will record all areas of military significance, memorials, Avenues of Honour, Honour and boards

in the area. Hopefully it will encourage further research by individuals to increase the information presented (please share the info and the evidence/links). Its also a tool for children's research to learn about their area and potentially relatives. Hopefully we can hand this on to them to continue the flame. This work started from a number of sources and good work by others over the years. In honour of those returned and didn't return from war. We will remember them

The Kalamunda District Historical Society Memorial Plaque is located in the Swindells Room at the Kalamunda Historical Village. Originally the plaque came from the old St Barnabas Church (now the KADS theatre).
