The Jurien Bay Community Resource Centre is looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Customer Service Officer to join our team!

If you love helping people, are great with technology, and enjoy a busy front-desk environment, this could be the perfect school-hours role for you.

✨ About the Role

You’ll be the welcoming face of our centre - greeting customers, answering phones, helping with enquiries, and supporting clients with basic tech issues (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, SIM activation, emails, etc).

You’ll also help with admin tasks, operate office equipment, manage rosters, and assist with basic library duties.

✔️ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Has strong computer and digital skills
* Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Is confident helping people troubleshoot tech issues
* Communicates clearly and enjoys working with the community
* Is reliable, organised, and a team player

Permanent part-time – 25 hours per week (school hours).
