So, we have had an exciting update from our travelling rock, it has now visited 5 countries, visited a junior parkrun, participated in a public holiday Monday run and best of all, it has been to its first rock concert.

That is not a funny rock joke, last Sunday 24/5, our rock actually attended the Metallica concert in Frankfurt, Germany!

Thank you to all our world wide parkrun participants who continue to send our rock on its travels.

What a gorgeous morning to Parkrun! Well done to our visitors and first-timers who joined us this morning for a lovely, calm and sunny parkrun. Our usual wind was MIA :). Thanks to the vollies and see everyone next week :)

This week, 27 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 14 were first timers, and 3 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 3 different clubs took part.
