Headquarters 33 Army Cadet Battalion (HQ 33 BN) ran the battalion Super Weekend 12 - 14 Jun 26 competing against the other units within the Battalion.
Saturday (Ex Intranos) started early with breakfast in the Tobruk ORs Mess. Teams split into 2 groups. Group 1 - to the Gym and Group 2 to the WTSS.
At the Gym there was a battle PT session with the PTIs, Quick Decision Exercise (QDE) and erect an 11 x 11 tent.
After lunch at the Mess, on to the WTSS where drill practice and assessment was undertaken along with a WTSS shoot.
Dinner at the Mess, Orders, Navigation Data Sheets and bed - ready for another full day Sunday.
Sunday (Ex Silver Bullett) up bright and early with Breakfast at the NSL followed by the field phase where cadets had to navigated to First Aid, CP er****on and Field Engineering stations.
All teams were assessed and scored.
Lunch back at the NSL and awards parade presented by Deputy Commander Vic Brigade LTCOL Beck.
Congratulations to 37 ACU Albury for winning both Ex Intranos and Silver Bullett.
Well done to CDTCPL Kelly, CDTCPL Hemmings, CDT Atkinson, CDT Bennett, CDT Cameron and CDT McKenzie on a job well done representing 309 ACU at this event.
