Madison is conducting her Psychology Honours project looking at what attracts men and women to engineering mining jobs. She is looking to recruit a large number of 3rd to 5th year engineering students and recent graduates (within the last 2 years) to complete her short online survey.
It takes 10-15 minutes, is completely anonymous and there are 6 x $50 Coles group and Myers gift cards to win.

The successful graduates must have a “can do” attitude and be willing to build on their knowledge and learn the skills needed to be a successful Communications Engineer. Radlink will provide a supportive environment including a mentor to assist you in developing the skills you have acquired in your degree. You will receive formal and on the job training and your skills will be developed in the following areas:



Actively assisting Senior Project Communications Engineers in the following:
Development and creation of specifications and standards
Development and creation of design documents and drawings
Development of training plans
Management of integration test Plans
Creation of technical test plans
Conducting acceptance testing, commissioning and integration
Actively assist Project Managers in the following:
Prepare, monitor and update production plans and schedules
Maintain technical queries register
Prepare practical completion documentation
Assist with standard work method statements
Track variations
Track non-conformances
Creation of traceability matrix's
Attend client meetings
Undertaking training as required
Attending site to assist Project Manager and Project Communications Engineer as required to deliver a successful project.
