What’s your relay story?

My Dad xx

For as long as I can remember I’ve raised money towards cancer council, my reason being my dad who was diagnosed with brain cancer at 57 years old (my current age) and throughout his whole journey I was pregnant with my daughter , I spent everyday with him , through the highs and lows and he lost his battle 3 days before I gave birth, which was heart breaking.

So my reason will always be my Dad xx

This year will be a bit different as I’m the only team member taking part but that’s ok as it’s my passion and drive that I will not stop !!

So far we have raised over $1700 which I’m very proud of , hoping to hit $2000 with raffles on the day .

For anyone who’s lost their battle, going through their journey or in remission I will walk for you too xx

Local talent is taking the Relay stage 🎭💜

We’re delighted to welcome back Joondalup Entertainers Theatre School, better known as JETS, to Relay For Life West Coast 2026. JETS gives local performers a warm and encouraging place to build confidence and develop their skills through acting, singing, hip hop and musical theatre.

We can’t wait to see what these talented performers bring to the Relay stage!

Team Victors are at Arena Joondalup today selling raffle tickets for just $2 each.
Eftpos available and you can find them just inside the main entrance.

You can also collect some books from Sandy today for your team and sell your own raffle tix which is a huge fundraising boost to your team 💰

We’ve checked and no, Elvis hasn’t left the building. He’s simply been waiting for Relay to come around again! A regular favourite in our entertainment line up, Mark Dobbs from A Touch of Presley is returning for Relay For Life West Coast 2026.

With more than 25 years of experience as an Elvis tribute artist, Mark knows how to bring the music, moves and unmistakable energy of The King to the stage.
Get ready for much loved classics and a performance that’ll have the Relay track rocking.

What’s cooking Wednesday? 🍕

Pizza is officially on the Relay menu. Tomato & Basil Pizzeria will be firing up the woodfired pizzas at Relay For Life West Coast on Saturday, which sounds like a pretty good dinner plan between laps.

But first, we need to settle something important.
Pineapple on pizza, yes or no? 🍍🍕

Big voices and brilliant musicians are coming to Relay 🎶💜

We’re excited to welcome the Kingsway Christian College Secondary Choir and Jazz Band to the Relay For Life West Coast entertainment line-up.

The talented 40-member choir recently won the Secondary School Choir section at the Fremantle Eisteddfod. The Jazz Band earned an Excellent rating at the 2025 WA Schools Jazz Festival and performs everything from 1940s swing to contemporary funk.

We can’t wait to hear these talented students perform!
