Venture Outdoors Co. is looking for Assistant Team Leaders 26/1-30/1 in Jindabyne NSW (guiding quals, first aid, cpr, wwcc)
Including 2 Overnights (1 base camp + 1 exped night)
Activities include; expedition overnight hike in Kosciuszko National Park, initiatives, riversledding & mtb.

We’re on the lookout for a Primary Gear Coordinator – the ultimate behind-the-scenes legend who keeps our guides equipped and ready to roll. From tents and mountain bikes to skis, boards, and safety gear, you’ll be the go-to person for all things equipment.

🛠️ What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Managing and maintaining camping & activity gear
✔️ Supporting guides with gear prep and troubleshooting
✔️ Ensuring everything is safe, clean, and adventure-ready
✔️ Coordinating seasonal gear transitions (think bikes to boards!)
