🌱 It starts with a conversation…
An idea shared
a new connection
an introduction
and advice that sticks
…who knows where it might lead 🌈

That’s the ripple effect of The Seed Fund Management Workshop Program 🤎😍🌱🌳

If you had to describe your Seed experience in just one word... what would it be? 🌱
We asked our 2026 cohort, and these were some of the answers ❤️

Connection.
Growth.
Community.
Inspiration.
Courage.
Possibility.
Belonging.

🌱 The Seed starter pack…
Coffee ☕
Name tags
Big conversations
Too many notes
New ideas
Late night chats
A few lightbulb moments 💡
Lots of laughs
And a whole bunch of people who really love music ❤️

Just a few things that make The Seed what it is.

⚡️The music industry is built on people working together.
At The Seed Fund Management Workshop Program, participants spend time learning from each other, sharing ideas, challenging perspectives and figuring things out as a team⚡️

Sometimes the best ideas come from getting a bunch of good people in a room together 🌱

🤎 Shout out to our 2026 Alumni Mentors 🤎 The support doesn’t stop when the intensive wraps up. For 12 months after the Seed Fund Management Workshop Program, our Alumni Mentors continue to connect with, support and share knowledge with participants as they navigate the next year.

We’re so grateful for the people who keep the Seed community growing long after the workshop ends 🌱❤️

Some thoughts from the room 🤎

Notes that make you stop, think, scribble something down and then keep coming back to it weeks, months and even years later. ⚡️⚡️⚡️

🌱 The Seed is much more than the workshop 🦋

It is the conversations over coffee.
The unexpected collaborations.
The late-night chats.
The big questions.
The people you meet and the people you keep in your corner long after the week is over.

That’s the magic of The Seed Fund Workshop Management Program ❤️

🤎 A little Seed wisdom 🤎

“Back yourself.”
“Listen to your gut.”
“Don’t be afraid to ask questions.”
“Your local knowledge is your superpower.”

Just a few of the words that stayed with us from this year’s Seed Fund Management Workshop Program ✨
