Honoring the Silent Struggle.

This ANZAC Day, we remember the courage of those who served. We also acknowledge the battles that didn't end when the uniform came off—the ones fought quietly in the dark, long after the parade finished.

Real courage isn't just about facing an enemy; it's about having the guts to tell a mate, "I’m struggling."

If you’re carrying a heavy pack today, drop it for a while at IRMG. We’re a group of local men making sure no one in our community has to fight their battles in silence.

Lest we forget.

IRMG Booval last Thursday the 29th of January , running the quntlet with the wheel of trust. The brothers dug deep, truly some remarkable input, from all.

Keep moving forward Brothers.

How’s the battery level, gents? 🔋

We’re officially halfway through January. The "New Year" buzz has settled, the holiday decorations are packed away, and for many of us, the full weight of work and life is back in full swing.

Saturday morning is a good time to pull over for a second and check the dashboard. Sometimes the hardest part of the year isn't the big crises—it’s the steady grind of the "everyday."

How are you actually travelling this morning? Whether you're kicking goals or just trying to keep your head above water, remember that IRMG is your space to offload.

Don't forget, we meet every week. No agendas, no pressure—just a group of local blokes making sure no one in Ipswich has to walk it alone. 🤝

See you at our next casual catch-up: 📍 Queens Park Cafe 9am🗓️ Sat 17th Jan

Drop a "Doing alright" or a "Tough week" in the comments below. Let's look out for each other.

Happy New Year.

If you're a male over 18yrs old, and find yourself struggling with mental health issues, anger, loss of a loved one, DV related issues, generally just struggling with emotions on day to day basis. Then don't be afraid to reach out for for help. We run four groups in the Ipswich Region. These groups are free. We are here to listen and help where we can. Others may have walked in your shoes, and have overcome their struggles, by finding a safe place for men to talk to other men. Taking the first step is reaching out, or just turning up at one of our four weekly meetings.

This week coming, is the beginning of our new rotation for our 10 week program for men. A safe place to discuss mental health, what's troubling you. Learn how identify and deal with the struggles of daily life.

For the current group of men in our groups, 2026 is your year!. The time for change, and to show progress in your own individual paths of life. Show us what you have learnt, not only about yourselves, but those around you. Show us you are aware of the changes you have made are working for you. If not let's reset during the up and coming rotation, and discover more about ourselves.

I am challenging our current returning members to step up to the plate. Put the work in. The benefits not only for yourselves, your family and friends
