Crickey what a great getaway!
Everyone who attended Luke's Place, Lockyer's Caloundra Getaway had an amazing time! The accommodation was very comfortable. The cabins and all outdoor facilities were amazing!
We enjoyed the scenic route to our destination and also some delicious fish and chips for lunch. We then checked in and got settled into our cabins followed by a nice easy dinner as everyone was still feeling full from lunch.
On the second day the group enjoyed a hearty breakfast of bacon, sausages, and eggs and then headed off to Australia Zoo. Crickey what a great day!
We didn't manage to see the full Zoo as there was some tired bodies, but everyone got to see some amazing animals. We enjoyed our lunch at the Bird and Crocodile Show. It was amazing watching the zookeepers work with the animals.
The group then headed back to the accommodation for some rest and relaxation, with some enjoying the pool area.
On the third day, the group enjoyed a pancake breakfast, followed by packing up and then heading off to Aussie World.
Almost everyone was brave enough to have a go at some kind of ride. It was fantastic and the smiles were priceless! The group then had a healthy lunch at the park before we said our farewells.
It was amazing to see the smiles and laughter that was shared between everyone. Plenty of jokes and stories shared and certainly a trip to be remembered by all!
