Welcoming kids of all abilities, we help families connect, have fun and thrive. You Me and the Community is a family orientated organization where compassion is at the Heart of Our Care. We aim to help people with disabilities integrate into the community while also educating about inclusiveness. Our goal is to stand with our people as they go through all of lifeโ€™s challenges and our mission is to serve their best interests and become a unified platform for our peopleโ€™s service needs.

๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—น ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐˜€ start on the ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿญ๐˜€๐˜ and the Hub is already sorting out the fortnight.

Two full weeks at ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜† ๐—›๐˜‚๐—ฏ, Monday to Friday, three sessions a day.

10am to 11am, 11:30am to 12:30pm and 1pm to 2pm. Please note the holiday times are different to term time, so the 3:30pm session is not running for the fortnight.

Friendship bracelets, dream catchers, sand art, a teddy bear picnic, a sensory day, tie dye tote bags, a glow disco and a VR day to finish. All are welcome.

Tuesday mornings at the Hub have a different theme every week, and nobody minds if your bub cries through all of it.

This Tuesday, 8 September, it is Mums and Bubs Dance. 11am to 12pm.

Last week was footprint butterflies. Next week is Pitter Platter Play. The week after we are having coffee out.

Bring your bub, bring a friend, bring the pram and the snacks and the whole bag of chaos. There is no dress code and no one is watching you.

YMC brings together support across different stages of life, from early childhood through to adulthood.

That includes in-home care, SIL housing, mental health support, community access and travel assistance, along with The Legacy Hub, a place to belong and connect.

A birthday party should be a place where every child feels welcome and included.

Kidsโ€™ birthday party packages at The Legacy Hub start at $350 + GST and include two hours of venue access, two team members to guide games and activities, party table setup, apple juice and space for up to 12 children.

Adults attend free, and families are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, snacks, cake or catering.

Additional children are $10 + GST each, with themed parties, a VR experience and themed goodie bags available as optional add-ons.
