Crazy crazy crazy - that’s how our last two months have been.

Wouldn’t change it but holy smokes it’s been a rush.

The shop is shut. So the markets are booked and our next appearances will be a school cultural education booking in Brisbane for Rhan Hooper. A wedding ceremony for Katrina Lee marriage celebrant on Thursday. A personal birthday workshop with Drift & Stone making terrariums on Friday and then back to the markets Top of Town Events -Ipswich Friday night.

Phew I’m tired just typing that.

After a big, beautiful day at The Handmade Markets, we’re keeping the momentum rolling — Wandering Country will be setting up at the Ripley Markets tomorrow from 3–8pm.

✨ Lightning Ridge has my heart — and my opal.
There’s something about this place that just grabs you. The colours, the people, the stories in the dirt… every visit reminds us why we keep wandering back.
We fossicked, explored, soaked up that Ridge magic — and yes, we went searching for that opal again. Lightning Ridge has my heart and my opal… that’s why we go back.
