Aprons on! 🔥 Café Kick Start is coming to CCNI’s Inverell campus.

There’s only so much you can learn sitting in a classroom. But with our new hands-on Foundation Skills program, you’ll start by creating simple dishes, build skills for work as the menu grows, then bring it all together in a final food service!

And according to CCNI hospitality trainer Brodie Smith, you don’t need to arrive knowing your way around a kitchen. “Just do it! It can all be taught.”

From first dish to final service, click below to see what’s cooking at CCNI Inverell.

The course is fully funded for eligible students under the Ensuring Access to Foundation Skills Training program.

It’s never too late to learn, grow and take the next step.

Sometimes all we need is a little confidence, the right support and someone to believe in us.

At CCNI Inverell, our new Literacy for Life and Work program is designed to help people build confidence in reading, writing, communication and learning skills for everyday life, employment and future study.

Whether you’re looking to improve your skills, prepare for work, return to study or simply feel more confident in everyday situations, this program provides a supportive place to start.

Building skills can open doors, create opportunities and give you the confidence to take that next step.

Your journey doesn’t have to start with knowing everything. It just starts with taking the first step.
