TODAYS CLUB RUN RECAP ....

Today's club run to Pally Pub was very well attended and enjoyedby all. The day began with morning tea at Warialda's Apex Park, where 21 members gathered before heading off on a scenic drive through the countryside. We were then joined by a few more members for lunch at the Pally Pub, bringing our total attendance to 23.

The weather was absolutely perfect, with clear blue skies throughout the day, making for an enjoyable drive and a wonderful outing. Great food, great company and great weather, combined to make it a fantastic day.

NEXT CLUB OUTING ... 20th JUNE.

Our next club run will be a relaxed bbq lunch at Eddie's place. Meeting at 10.30 am for morning tea and then staying on for our bbq lunch.

The club will provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cakes for morning tea, along with sausages, salads, bread and sauces for lunch.
Members who would prefer steak, chicken or vegetarian option are welcome to bring their own food to cook on the bbq.

A small request for our vegetarian members:
as we only have 1 bbq available, it would be much appreciated if you could pre cook your meals for them to be then reheated on the bbq. This will ensure the day runs smoothly for everyone.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS:

Just a reminder that June is membership renewal month. Annual memberships are due by the 30th June and will cover you for the next 12 months. Eddie will have his receipt book handy at each club run throughout June for you to renew.

LOOKING AHEAD:

Please mark your calendars for our 4th July run. We will be heading to Bingara for the Orange festival and Car Show. Further details will be provided closer to the date.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the BBQ on the 20th June.

Saturday the 23rd May Club Run Recap ...

Despite the cold weather, 4 members ventured out to the Black Mountain Nursery for morning tea. Hopefully a little plant shopping was on the agenda as well! ☕ïļðŸ°ðŸŠī

Afterwards the group made their way back to Guyra and, deciding the weather called for something warm and cosy, headed to the pub for lunch instead. By lunchtime, numbers had grown to 8 members, making for a very enjoyable catch up over a meal together.

Our next run 🚗

Come along and join us for our next outing on Saturday 6th June. We'll meet at 10.30am at Warialda Park for morning tea before heading out to the Pally Pub for a relaxed sit-down lunch.

It would be lovely to see you all there.

Maxene.

Last Saturday 9th May was a fantastic day out with 19 members attending. The weather was perfect and made for a very enjoyable run. Morning tea was held at Inverell Lake before the group headed out to Bundarra Pub for a sit-down lunch. The food was tasty and the portions were generous. It was a great mix of vintage and modern vehicles out on the run, adding to the enjoyment of the day.

Our next run will be on Saturday 23rd May. Members will meet at Black Mountain Nursery at 10am for morning tea, with time to browse the lovely plants, pots, and garden items available. We will then head back to Guyra for a BBQ lunch at Mother of Ducks Lagoon. If time permits, members may also like to visit the local car museum.

Ian and I will not be able to attend this run, so please reply to Eddie if you are attending or not.

Have a great run everyone.

Maxene.

What a fantastic day out we had on the 25th April! We were thrilled to have 24 members join us for the occasion.

A big thankyou to Kathy, Robyn and Maxene for the beautiful morning tea ... your cakes, slices and biscuits were absolutely delicious. Kevin and Neville did a wonderful job on the bbq lunch, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

Great food, wonderful company, perfect weather, and spectacular views all came together to make it such a memorable day. A special thankyou to Joan and Neville for hosting ... your efforts are truly appreciated.

Looking ahead, our next outing will be on Saturday 9th May. We'll meet at Inverell Lake at 10am for morning tea, then head to Bundarra for a sit-down lunch at the Bundarra Pub, with our booking set for 12noon.

We hope to see you all there!

We had a fantastic turn out for our recent club run on Saturday with 21 members joining us for morning tea at the Standing Stones Cafe. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed a lovely spread of scotch finger apple slices and orange and poppyseed cake alongside our teas and coffees. Sitting under the trees, chatting and relaxing, made for a really enjoyable morning.

Afterwards, members headed off to the Thai restaurant for lunch, where the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Our next outing will be on Saturday the 25th April, -- a BBQ at Joan and Neville's place in Elsmore. We will meet there at 10am, and morning tea will also be provided (thanks to Kathy and Maxene).

The club will supply tea, coffee, sausages, salads and bread. If you would like something other than sausages (steak, chops, or vegetarian options), please feel free to bring it along to cook on the bbq. As we only have 1 bbq, a helpful tip for vegetarians is to pre-cook your food at home and warm it on the bbq first -- this helps keep things moving smoothly for everyone.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Righto members, here is the low down for next weeks (28th March) club run .... there is none. Due to a number of factors, Eddie, us, and others not being able to attend plus the cost of fuel at present, it has been an executive decision to cancel our run. We will plan another run when Eddie gets back from his trip and let you all know. If any of you still feel like you would like to go somewhere I have looked up what will be on next weekend.

* Bingara Show is on at the showgrounds.
* Armidale Autumn Festival starts.
* Uralla's Seasons of New England Expo is on
at the Sunny Jim Mackay Park.
* Motorcycle Restorers Club's Annual
Rally and Display is on at the Pioneer Village
in Inverell.

So a few things are on for those interested.

See you all on the 11th April.

YESTERDAY'S CLUB RUN RECAP

What a fantastic day we had yesterday! The weather couldn't have been better.

We had 18 members join us at Eddie's for morning tea -- a wonderful turnout. A huge thankyou to Robyn for the delicious cakes. They were very much appreciated by everyone.

After that 13 of us headed out to Copeton Dam for a BBQ lunch. The sausages, meatballs and salads were a big hit - plenty of happy faces all around! Thankyou to everyone who came along and made it such an enjoyable day.

NEXT RUN -- 14th MARCH

Our next run on the 14th March will be a sit down event.

We'll meet on the long side of Copeton Dam -- the side with the Cafe. We'll park outside and take the short walk in to avoid entry fees.

Everyone can purchase their own drinks and I will be providing the morning tea goodies. (You get the day off from cooking Robyn 🙂)

From there, we will drive to the Bingara Pub for our sit down lunch.

Hope to see you all there.
