CLUB RUN RECAP & UPCOMING EVENTS:

JOSEPH WILLS LIONS PARK CLUB RUN:

What a fantastic turn out we had for our club run yesterday at Joseph Wills Lions Park! We had 23 members join us for morning tea and 22 staying on for our BBQ lunch.

The weather was absolutely perfect, and it was wonderful to see some of our members bringing their heritage vehicles along for the ride. A big thankyou to Robyn and Kathy for supplying the lovely home cooked goodies for morning tea. The BBQ lunch was enjoyed by all, and the day was filled with plenty of chats, laughter and, most importantly, great company.

NEXT CLUB RUN ... BUNDARRA.

Our next club run will be a sit down lunch at the Bundarra Pub.

We will meet at 10am at the Lions Park in Inverell for morning tea before heading out to Bundarra.

We hope you can join us for another great day out with members and friends.

SEPTEMBER CLUB RUN ... LIGHTNING RIDGE:

A reminder that our September 12th club run will be to Lightning Ridge.

This will be a camp over for a few nights, so if you are planning to come along and have yet NOT spoken to Eddie, please do so ASAP. Eddie needs to make the bookings and requires final numbers.

** As this is our club run day, and it is a fair run out to Lightning Ridge, members who are going, will not be stopping at the Pally Pub for lunch. If you are not going to Lightning Ridge and would still love to go somewhere for either a bbq or sit down lunch, you can organise it with other like members at our Bundarra run.

CLUB REGO PAPERS:

A reminder to club members who have yet NOT supplied rego papers of every registered vehicle with the club, to Gary.

Please bring your rego papers to the next club event, or contact Gary to arrange for photos of the documents to be sent to him.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our next run to Bundarra. Until then, safe travels and happy motoring!

CLUB RUN RECAP:

Last Saturday's Club Run was another great success with 16 members joining us for a wonderful day out.

We started the day with a lovely morning tea at the Standing Stones. Maxene and Robyn provided the delicious cakes which were appreciated by everyone! The weather was pleasantly warm in the sunshine, making it a perfect start to the day.

From there we headed out to Harry's Cafe for our sit down lunch. The meals certainly were generous -- so much so that a few of us took home left overs!

Thankyou to everyone who came along and helped make the day so enjoyable. It's always great to catch up, share a few laughs, and spend time together. It was also lovely to meet Sue and Max, our members from Newcastle.

UPCOMING CLUB RUN ... JOSEPH WILLS LIONS PARK ELSMORE.

Our next Club Run is to Joseph Wills Lions Park for a relaxed BBQ, with morning tea also being served at the park.

Wether you would like to join us for morning tea, the BBQ lunch, or stay for the whole day, we'd love to see you there. It promises to be a relaxing day with good company -- let's hope the weather is kind to us!

TODAYS CLUB RUN RECAP ....

Today's club run to Pally Pub was very well attended and enjoyedby all. The day began with morning tea at Warialda's Apex Park, where 21 members gathered before heading off on a scenic drive through the countryside. We were then joined by a few more members for lunch at the Pally Pub, bringing our total attendance to 23.

The weather was absolutely perfect, with clear blue skies throughout the day, making for an enjoyable drive and a wonderful outing. Great food, great company and great weather, combined to make it a fantastic day.

NEXT CLUB OUTING ... 20th JUNE.

Our next club run will be a relaxed bbq lunch at Eddie's place. Meeting at 10.30 am for morning tea and then staying on for our bbq lunch.

The club will provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cakes for morning tea, along with sausages, salads, bread and sauces for lunch.
Members who would prefer steak, chicken or vegetarian option are welcome to bring their own food to cook on the bbq.

A small request for our vegetarian members:
as we only have 1 bbq available, it would be much appreciated if you could pre cook your meals for them to be then reheated on the bbq. This will ensure the day runs smoothly for everyone.

Saturday the 23rd May Club Run Recap ...

Despite the cold weather, 4 members ventured out to the Black Mountain Nursery for morning tea. Hopefully a little plant shopping was on the agenda as well! ☕️🍰🪴

Afterwards the group made their way back to Guyra and, deciding the weather called for something warm and cosy, headed to the pub for lunch instead. By lunchtime, numbers had grown to 8 members, making for a very enjoyable catch up over a meal together.

Our next run 🚗

Come along and join us for our next outing on Saturday 6th June. We'll meet at 10.30am at Warialda Park for morning tea before heading out to the Pally Pub for a relaxed sit-down lunch.

It would be lovely to see you all there.

Maxene.
