Whether you are trying to stretch the grocery budget, or need a reason to get out of the house for some good conversation, we welcome you to join us.

Doors open at 5pm for tea & coffee, with dinner served around 5:30pm.

Soup glorious soup!! Living up to our name as SOUP kitchen tonight - with the mild winter we've been having, it hasn't been on the menu much, but tonight we are serving up a duo of delicious soups to chase those mid-week blues away!

Whether you need a bit of company on the long winter nights, or could use a meal that doesn't come out of the grocery budget (and that you don't have to cook!!), we would love to have you at our table.

I was invited to hang out with the year 9 students at MHS today.
We cooked up a storm. Talked about those less fortunate. I had a great time 😀

💫Year 9 students cooked with Zoe from ‘Food for the Soul’ today 🍲🥘. Meals were made for freezing, so they could be given out when needed. Students also cooked two large trays that will be used for next week's Food For the Soul meal. Year 9 hospitality are learning about food equity and helping others. All worked exceptionally well in their groups to complete this task.

We're back!! After a well-deserved break, our dedicated volunteers are back in the kitchen, cooking up a storm, ready to feed our local community!

Whether you could use a warm meal, a warm space, or some warm conversation, you're invited to join us.

We have been wanting a trolly for a while now to bring pots and others stuff to and from our storage room to the kitchen plus when we do our fundraiser hamburger stall.
I know I have carried hundreds of kg of soft drink for those events.
Anywho I just wanted to say a huge thank you to one of our newest Volunteers for making this happen. It’s perfect 👏👏👏👏👏

Our winter menu is under way and tonight we are bringing back the soup starter + main course tummy warmer! We'll start with pumpkin soup for our entree, followed by chicken drumsticks for mains.

Every Wednesday night, we open our doors at 5pm, and serve up a delicious two-course, house-cooked meal. Over winter we alternate between a soup & a main, and a main & a dessert.

How good are Wednesdays? We're already half way through a short week, the sun is shining, and the kitchen is buzzing ready for our favourite meal of the week - dinner at FFTS!

Every Wednesday, we open the doors at 5pm and welcome anyone in the Inverell community who would like a meal, or like some company. Tonight, we are having warm chicken salad for dinner, and rhubarb crumble for dessert.
