Born of despair about the plight of the Cassowary, Spotted Wild was created to guide the development of an app which could capture data on Cassowary sightings from a large, previously untapped set and implement a mobile warning system to reduce car and cassowary collisions. The company's philanthropic structure reflects a lifelong commitment to nature conservation by its founder. All profits are t

o be directed to rainforest conservation, threatened species conservation, restorative agriculture or humanitarian aid. A firm belief that empowerment results from involvement and that disempowerment, is a key factor in society's failure to stop habitat loss, we hope that this app will serve as a simple tool to involve users in meaningful nature conservation and hopefully a proactive attitude towards life.
