Housing & Homelessness Program
The housing program provides safe and supported accommodation to young people aged 16-25 years who are

homeless or at risk of homelessness. SWAP - South West Advocacy & Pathways Program
The SWAP program supports young people 10-17 years who are involved in the Youth Justice System. CBYS - Community Based Youth Support
The CBYS program provides free support to local young people aged 8-21 years, at risk of: disconnection from their family/community/support networks; disengagement from school, training and/or employment; harm, including self-harm; and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. VietFam Program
The VietFam program aims to assist Vietnamese families with children 0-18 years of age who live in the Inala and surrounding area by providing them with services invloving therapeutic intervention, early intervention of child abuse and training in community living skills. SWW’s are based in schools and support young people to meet their educational, training and/or personal needs. Other services;
