When's the last time your knives were properly sharpened? Um, if you have to think about it, it's too long.

For a refresher, watch this very personable fellow from Epicurious discuss how to best sharpen and maintain your knives at home. But for those who aren't super confident, or don't have the right tools at hand, just take them to the Repair Cafe instead.

Our resident sharpener John Doyle is there every month to fine tune your knives, scissors, secateurs, and other bladed tools.
Next cafe is 13 June at Hurstbridge Hub, 9.30am to 12,30pm. No need to book for sharpening, just rock up on the day.
