Please consider signing this well thought out petition regarding the use of artificial grass on ovals etc. in our area. After being voted microplastic capital of NSW Hurlstone Park and surrounds should be doing their best to find ways NOT to increase them.

Council is developing an E-bike Strategy that will align with the State Governments legislation. Share your thoughts by Wednesday 24 June.

Dear Hurlstone Park people, Please find below the Cooks River Alliance newsletter. There is a reference to a Sydney wide community River Forum taking place on the 23rd May. We feel that this forum is worth supporting and will be representing the Hurlstone Park Association. If you are a Hurlstone Park resident, please consider following our Facebook posts.

There’s a cultural shift happening in our understanding of urban rivers. Have you noticed? Those who came along to Muddy River Festival, Gamay Mullet Haul or Cooks River Classic have experienced the shift.
