A huge community win.
On 19 December 2025, the NSW Land & Environment Court dismissed the Appeal to expand Woolwich Marina after three months of deliberation.
This follows earlier unanimous rejections by Hunters Hill Council and the Sydney North Planning Panel — and a determined campaign by local groups, including the Trust, Friends of Kelly’s Bush, sailing organisations, the boating community and so many committed residents.
