Help grow our local bushland this National Tree Day on Sunday 26 July from 9.30am at Boronia Park. 🌱

Council is aiming to plant 300 trees, shrubs, native grasses and groundcovers to strengthen an important biodiversity corridor along the Lane Cove River. These new plantings will provide valuable habitat and food sources for local wildlife, including Fairy-wrens, Silvereyes and Red-browed Finches. All ages are welcome. Registrations are essential. 🌳🐦

Everyone is welcome — beginners, seasoned makers, or anyone who just wants a cozy night with yarn, tea, and lovely company.

Interested in learning more about Bushcare? 🌿

Join our Introduction to Bushcare training session on Sunday 31 May from 9am to 12pm at the Lane Cove Council Depot.

Led by Michael Shilman and experienced coordinators from Hunters Hill and Lane Cove Councils, the session is perfect for beginners wanting to learn more about caring for our local bushland. No experience is needed and all tools will be provided.
