Congratulations to our RPMMS team!

In mid-2025, CFMEU Construction & General QLD/NT and RAC invested in our RPMMS team, putting them through a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations, delivered by BMI Training & Development NT. The Yolŋu participants came from roles within RAC and Dhimurru Aboriginal Corporation.

Over 12 months of hands-on monthly training, the crew learned to operate excavators, loaders, bobcats, graders and rollers. The best part is, they put those skills straight to work on real projects around Yirrkala, including the Yirrkala Farm initiation works, land clearing, and ground prep for various Yirrkala projects.

And now, we're so pleased to announce that they have graduated!

CFMEU's Doug Spinks, BMI trainer Bill Morrish and RAC Chief Commercial Officer Sam Hinton presented the four graduates with their nationally recognised Certificate III. They are now qualified to work on civil projects across East Arnhem Land and beyond.

Congratulations Josiah Wanambi, Jack Aragu, Craig Mununggurritj and Neville Garawarra. The world is your oyster!

Brand new 40 years ago. Looking back this thing used go very good. First new truck.
It had 400 cumins that had a button change and shims in fuel pump, 14 speed spicer, 3.55 diffs. Good for $1.45. Motor rebuild at 1.2 mil Ks and cumins dyno said it was putting out 445 hp at the wheels
