Getting access to therapies for disordered eating in the territory is in a word “tough”.

We are lucky to be linked in with the Eating Disorder Network here in Darwin and attended training last month around using the RAVES model.

If you are struggling to find supports, check in and we’ll do our best to steer you towards supports appropriate throughout the lifespan.

Our Saturday social play group always has growing social skills at its core, being run by a multidisciplinary team including an OT student means it has a functional focus on the games we play though 😀 💁‍♂️

Play is a child's main occupation and using play to help build those gross and fine motor skills is possibly one of the most rewarding parts for our team.
