Supporting carers means creating space to connect.

This week, members of our Carers Program gathered at the Wimmera Food Collective , sharing conversation, coffee and time away from their caring roles.

At the same time, one of our learners continued building hospitality skills through supported employment.

Regional food security relies on local collaboration.

Today, volunteer Mitch delivered fresh produce to Ararat Neighbourhood House as part of our Wimmera Food Security Project, strengthening regional food distribution networks.

Staying connected matters.

Last week, our Social Support group enjoyed a day out by the water. Good conversation, fresh air and plenty of laughs.

Programs like this aren’t just outings. They help reduce isolation, support wellbeing and keep people connected to community.

That connection is protective for health, and it matters at every age.

Wishing our community a safe and happy Easter.

Centre for Participation and our social enterprises will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday, reopening Tuesday.
